DIY Facemask
If you’ve had a busy weekend and awoken feeling a little worse for wear it’s time for a bit of R&R. Try this homemade face mask recipe an old family friend has been using for years with fantastic results. Leaves the skin feeling smooth, soft and replenished. Mix into a paste, apply and leave to dry before removing with warm water and flannel/muslin:
1 Avocado
1 tsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp of Aloe Vera
2 tsp of Lemon Juice
1 Vitamin E tablet
1 Egg White
2 tsp pf white flour
Ice cube
This mixture make’s quite a lot, so why not store in the freezer in an ice cube tray and pop one out when you need it, defrost before use.
