About

Make-up Artist

Natalie Piacun is an internationally recognised make-up artist, entrepreneur, and founder of SkinBio, a personalised skin intelligence platform designed to help people better understand the lifestyle, biological, and environmental factors influencing their skin health.

Based in Tunbridge Wells, Natalie co-owns 12 Montacute, a newly renovated hair, beauty and wellness collective. With more than two decades of experience in the beauty industry, she has built a career spanning fashion, advertising, television, music, and commercial campaigns.

Known for her refined aesthetic and expertise in creating naturally radiant, healthy-looking skin, Natalie has worked with some of the world's most recognised brands, including Alexander McQueen, Adidas and Valentino. Her work has appeared in leading publications such as Vogue, Tatler, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar and Wonderland.

Throughout her career, Natalie observed that many people struggled to understand why their skin changed over time, often relying on product marketing rather than evidence-based insight. This experience led her to develop SkinBio, a technology-driven platform that connects skincare with broader lifestyle factors such as hormones, stress, sleep, nutrition, hydration, gut health, and product use. The platform aims to bridge the gap between beauty, wellness and technology, giving consumers personalised insights that help them make more informed decisions about their skin.

Alongside building SkinBio, Natalie continues to work across commercial projects.   Her work is driven by a belief that beauty should be intelligent, transparent and deeply personal, combining industry expertise with innovation to help people achieve healthier skin and greater confidence.

Having spent over 20 years working directly with clients, brands and industry leaders, Natalie brings a unique perspective that combines creative expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Today, she sits at the intersection of beauty, technology and business, focused on redefining how people understand and care for their skin through personalised, data-driven insights.
